Every 4 years - bitcoin halving 28 Nov 2012 - the reward per transaction they earn half - now every time the rewarded bitcoin as they generating new bitcoin - 25 bitcoin per day

9 July 2016 - bitcoin halving - 12.5 bitcoin per day

* as we progress, less and less new bitcoin and being created but more and more people want bitcoin - supply and demand
